Beginner's Guide to Python Programming:
I am planning our first paid-for video set - a beginner's guide to Python showing a newbie all they need to get up and coding with Python on a Windows machine. I'll be covering downloading Python, writing a script, using the IDLE and PyDev development environments and working through the development and debugging of a simple program over 1-1.5 hours of content.
This ShowMeDo set will cover all the topics I needed to know about when I first started out with Python four years ago. It'll take me a while to prepare this, it should be available in December. If you're interested in seeing a preview, please send me a mail - I'm keen to get feedback from those who need this kind of introduction.
Are there any other topics you'd like to see us cover? Are there any good educational videos you've seen that we ought to know about? We're always keen to hear from you, just email me some feedback.
Cheers,
Ian and Kyran
