Fehler beim Builden mit PyInstaller

Also ich versuche gerade mein Python Project in eine standalone Exe zu konvertieren. Leider tritt hierbei folgender Fehler auf:

Könnte mir jemand erläutern was falsch gelaufen ist? Ich hatte auf StackOverflow gelesen dass es an der Python Version liegen könnte, habe sie geupdated und es hat sich nichts geändert...exakt die selbe Fehlermeldung.

Hiermit starte ich den PyInstaller:

Es scheint da Probleme mit der Windowsversion von Python zu geben (laut dem Entwickler) versuch mal wie dort beschreiben Pytthon über https://python.org zu downloaden und zu installieren.
