Da steckt der `tk_messageBox` von Tk dahinter, der sieht da nichts vor soweit ich das sehe.

Komisch. Bei mir ist auf x86_64 Linux der Dialog auf Deutsch, sogar wenn ich mit locale.setlocale auf en_US wechsle.
Die M1 Version von Python ist noch ziemlich neu und wäre nicht ungewöhnlich, dass dort noch Bugs drin sind.
