Python Windows CE PDA-Emulator

Nokia bietet in seinem Python SDK einen Emulator an. Somit kann man seine Python Apps samt GUI auf dem PC testen.
Gibt's sowas auch für Windows CE? Ich habe den Microsoft® Windows® CE 5.0 Device Emulator gefunden. Ich bin noch nicht dahinter gestiegen, weiß also nicht ob das das Richtige ist:
Hat jemand Erfahrung mit sowas und kann mir sagen ob es einen PDA-Emulator für Windows CE überhaupt gibt, der Python samt TkInter-GUIs mitmacht?
