Lieferheld.de (German for ‘Delivery Hero’) is building the next generation European online food ordering and lead generation platform. We are a high-paced, venture backed startup located in the heart of Berlin. We have an awesome team environment, with feedback exchanged throughout the company from people who tend to be nice, humble, genuine, and fun. After our launch in November 2010 we skyrocketed to the second position in german food ordering market – Now we are targeting new challenges and markets.
We are seeking creative and motivated developers, systems architects and systems administrators to rapidly expand and build our product. Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, innovative, reliable, good at “getting things done“ and have experience working on production websites. If you are interested in things like search optimization, natural language processing, geo spacial rendering, lightweight Javascript libraries or just building beautiful, simple and fun to use products, you should consider joining us.
We expect you to have professional experience in at least one of the following topics
- Frontend: e.g. Ajax, Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS
- Infrastructure: e.g. Nginx, Apache, Tomcat, Postgres, Mysql
- Languages: e.g. Java, Pyhton/Django, PHP, English
- BPM & ESB: e.g. Fuse, Bonita, Mule, JBPM, Drools
- Tools & Methods: e.g. Jira, Git, Eclipse, Scrum
- a creative, cooperative and international work environment
- to work on interesting challenges from different areas, e.g. search and classification, BPM, UI, HA, …
- flat hierarchies and having an impact that matters
